Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Operations Specialist to enhance their regulatory support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide best-in-class customer service to Comprehensive clients
• Manage client account activation implementations and gather feedback for process improvement
• Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to support compliance matters and enhance client experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 0-3 years of work experience
• Majors in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics are a plus
• Ability to accurately analyze and interpret data
• Experience in a high-volume call environment or client support role is a plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and SaaS technology is advantageous
