Regulatory Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal - Healthcare/Managed Care (Full Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare regulatory filings and related documentation required by federal and state agencies
• Support responses to regulatory audits, exams, and inquiries
• Prepare and maintain corporate governance documents and assist with business licenses and filings

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of paralegal experience, with at least 3 years in managed healthcare or a related regulatory healthcare environment
• Associate Degree or Paralegal Certificate required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and multistate regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with NAIC regulations and state insurance department portals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Westlaw, and document management systems
