Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
Review customer contracts for requirements and ensure consistency of terms
Support RFP and sales process by coordinating discussions and maintaining historical documents

Required Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies
At least 2 years of Paralegal experience
At least 2 years regulatory experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite
