Job Summary

Building trust with state healthcare regulatory boards, the full-time salaried Regulatory Partnerships Director will focus on executing relationship strategies, tactical solution mapping, and managing opportunities to enhance operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a proactive communication schedule with assigned state regulatory boards and agencies to understand their missions and constraints
• Translate product capabilities into specific outcomes for agency efficiency and public protection, delivering tailored business cases and proposals
• Advance opportunities through a consultative approach, aligning implementation timelines with agency deadlines and strategic plans

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience working directly with regulatory boards or in a healthcare regulatory environment
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships within state agencies and licensing boards
• Project management mindset capable of coordinating complex deals and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Strong ability to present technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholder groups
• Self-motivated individual able to manage a territory independently without constant oversight
