Regulatory Product Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Scientific & Regulatory Product Specialist will synthesize external regulatory and chemistry data into actionable insights, manage ingredient databases, and translate regulatory requirements into customer-facing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the engineering team to convert external regulatory data into actionable information
• Evaluate, onboard, and manage ingredient and regulatory databases
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear data models and workflows for customers

Required qualifications

• Regulatory affairs experience in chemicals, food, cosmetics, materials, or life sciences
• Hands-on experience authoring Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) in the US and/or EU
• Familiarity with ingredient and regulatory databases
• Strong ability to operationalize regulatory knowledge within software products
