Key Responsibilities

• Shape and oversee the Program roadmap, ensuring alignment with industry regulations
• Lead execution of complex initiatives across multiple regions and functions
• Drive governance processes, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in program management or enterprise change leadership
• Proven experience leading global, multi-functional programs with significant change impact
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets and teams
• Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI preferred; Agile and/or SAFe certification preferred
