Regulatory Project Consultant

Job Summary

To support financial institutions in navigating regulatory changes, the full-time Regulatory Project Consultant will assess compliance processes, identify regulatory gaps, and develop recommendations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current state processes for alignment with policies, procedures, and regulations
• Identify regulatory gaps and develop recommendations for changes to procedures and documentation
• Create and maintain client deliverables such as assessment/audit reports and risk assessments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years' experience in compliance testing, audit, or process/risk/control documentation and evaluation
• 4+ years' Financial Services experience, focusing on bank regulatory compliance
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with proficiency in business process mapping tools such as Visio
• Effective project management and leadership skills
