Regulatory Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and delivery of projects driven by regulatory requirements, the full-time salaried Regulatory Project Manager will work remotely to ensure compliance obligations are integrated into project delivery while serving as a liaison between Legal, Regulatory Operations, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable business and system compliance requirements while analyzing impacts across products and operational areas
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring regulatory and business requirements are fully integrated into project scope
• Serve as a liaison among cross-functional teams, providing regulatory guidance and facilitating discussions to align implementation approaches and timelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 3 years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional, technical systems implementation environment
• Preferred certifications include Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe Scrum Master Certification
• Experience interpreting or operationalizing state and federal healthcare laws/regulations
• Knowledge of Commercial and Government Programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid
