Regulatory Reporting Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant, Regulatory Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare documentary support for SEC filings and financial statements
• Ensure timely responses to audit requests related to SEC registrants
• Assist with quarterly and year-end financial reporting tasks and project management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial Services
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis of financial statements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and experience with SAP
• Completion of, or working towards, CPA is highly desired
