Regulatory Reporting Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Regulatory Reporting Investigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare outage reports for the FCC Network Outage Reporting System and network reliability incident reports
• Analyze FCC outage reports and coordinate E911 customer outage summaries
• Ensure compliance with FCC and State PUC reporting mandates and implement policy guidelines for outage reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecom, Operations Leadership, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of multidisciplinary experience, preferably in the Telecommunication Industry
• Technical knowledge of Network Equipment and Systems
• Proven ability to present information to executive management
• Experience working with Federal and State Government Agencies
