Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Regulatory Reporting Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare outage reports for the FCC Network Outage Reporting System and network reliability incident reports
- Analyze FCC outage reports and coordinate E911 customer outage summaries
- Ensure compliance with FCC and State PUC reporting mandates and implement policy guidelines for outage reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecom, Operations Leadership, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of multidisciplinary experience, preferably in the Telecommunication Industry
- Technical knowledge of Network Equipment and Systems
- Proven ability to present information to executive management
- Experience working with Federal and State Government Agencies
