Job Summary
To support affordable housing compliance and research, the full-time Regulatory Research Analyst will manage relationships with regulatory agencies and analyze housing regulations while ensuring adherence to various federal, state, and local requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with regulatory agencies, housing authorities, and community organizations to support program compliance
- Serve as a subject matter expert on affordable housing regulations and communicate legislative changes to internal stakeholders
- Analyze and implement affordable housing requirements, ensuring policies and procedures remain current and compliant
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in legal studies, Business Management, or Regulatory Affairs
- Three plus (3+) years of affordable housing corporate compliance experience
- Proven success in implementing plans and taking ownership of assignments
- Ability to self-teach and utilize resources for new concepts or program requirements
- Experience in analytical and critical thinking within a dynamic environment
