Regulatory Response Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Response Lead Specialist to serve as the primary contact with securities and insurance regulators.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for federal and state regulators, coordinating exams, inquiries, and complaints
• Draft and review regulatory responses and maintain organized records of all regulatory activity
• Build and improve processes for regulatory responses and filings, monitoring performance through metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of compliance or related experience, including direct interaction with regulators
• Working knowledge of securities and/or insurance regulations
• Experience managing multiple priorities with strict deadlines
• Comfort using systems to track work and maintain records
