Regulatory Response Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary contact with securities and insurance regulators, the full-time remote Regulatory Response Lead Specialist will manage examinations, inquiries, and complaints while ensuring timely and accurate regulatory responses.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for federal and state regulators, coordinating the intake and resolution of exams, inquiries, and complaints
• Draft and review regulatory responses and maintain organized records of all regulatory activity
• Partner with Compliance and business teams to manage deadlines and improve processes for regulatory responses and filings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of compliance or related experience with direct interaction with regulators
• Working knowledge of securities and/or insurance regulations
• Experience managing multiple priorities with strict deadlines
• Comfort using systems to track work and maintain records
