Job Summary

Providing leadership and direction, the full-time Regulatory Services Manager will oversee the Food Label group, ensuring compliance with US and Canadian regulations while managing staff training and performance remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate the work of label review staff for accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Manage the hiring, training, and performance reviews of label review staff
• Communicate with clients to address technical inquiries related to food labeling and regulations

Required qualifications

• B.S. degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in food labeling and compliance
• Extensive knowledge of food regulations and data reporting requirements
• Familiarity with LIMS systems is preferred
