Regulatory Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Specialist to support validation of outputs generated by an AI-driven platform for compliance plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze raw regulatory documents and compare them against AI-generated compliance action plans
• Identify inaccuracies, omissions, or fabricated outputs and recommend corrections
• Validate that regulatory requirements are accurately interpreted and translated into actionable steps for clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a commercial insurance regulatory or compliance environment
• Broad functional knowledge across underwriting, claims, and rate filing or compliance
• Experience interpreting and operationalizing laws, regulations, and policy language
• Familiarity with AI, predictive modeling, or algorithmic regulation is highly desirable
• Knowledge of AI regulations in the P&C insurance space is highly preferred
