Regulatory Specialist

Job Summary

Promoting compliance with regulatory requirements, the full-time Regulatory Specialist will manage interactions with various departments, respond to audits, and implement process improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Organize pre-survey deliverables and conduct reviews of materials for regulatory compliance
• Monitor corrective action plans and ensure adherence to CMS and DOH regulations
• Act as a liaison between departments to share regulatory guidance and support implementation efforts

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong knowledge of CMS and/or New York State DOH regulations
• At least four years of healthcare experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in a managed care environment with compliance responsibilities
