Regulatory Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Industrial Solutions team, the full-time remote Regulatory Specialist will manage regulatory reporting for continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS), conduct quality assurance reviews, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for compliance while occasionally traveling to client sites and headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Compile CEMS emissions reports in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Review Relative Accuracy Test Audit (RATA) plans and reports to ensure proper execution and input into the Electronic Reporting Tool (ERT)
• Develop and maintain site-specific monitoring and quality assurance plans for CEMS and fenceline monitoring systems

Required qualifications

• Approximately 6+ years of experience in emissions monitoring or an industrial EHS position
• Experience with RATA review, quarterly/semiannual CEMS reporting, and the ERT, or the ability to learn these skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Experience navigating a Data Acquisition System (DAS) or the ability to learn this skill
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time, including to headquarters in Santa Clara, CA
