Regulatory Submission Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Content Regulatory Submission Lead will coordinate and manage the creation, review, and delivery of regulatory submission documentation for digital experiences, serving as the primary liaison among various teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of regulatory submission documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Content Design, Product Design, and Regulatory teams
• Perform detailed QA reviews to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 2-4 years of project management experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or related digital experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience with regulatory documentation processes is preferred
