Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Rehab Funding Coordinator will manage and coordinate funding processes for rehabilitation services, ensuring timely approvals and maintaining communication with clients and funding agencies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage funding applications and approvals for rehabilitation services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, funding bodies, and internal departments
  • Track and monitor funding status and deadlines to ensure timely processing
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience in funding coordination, case management, or a related administrative role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation funding programs and processes is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
