Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Rehab Funding Coordinator will manage and coordinate funding processes for rehabilitation services, ensuring timely approvals and maintaining communication with clients and funding agencies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage funding applications and approvals for rehabilitation services
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, funding bodies, and internal departments
- Track and monitor funding status and deadlines to ensure timely processing
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in funding coordination, case management, or a related administrative role preferred
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation funding programs and processes is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
