Rehab Services Aide

Job Summary

Assisting licensed therapists in patient care activities, the full-time Rehab Services Aide will perform direct and indirect patient care tasks, maintain equipment and supplies, and support departmental projects in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Carries out indirect patient care tasks, including maintaining equipment and stocking supplies
• Confers with therapists for guidance on patient care tasks and informs them of changes in patient status
• Coordinates patient care with rehab staff and participates in departmental projects as assigned

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Capacity to provide appropriate care based on professional standards and individual needs
• Willingness to work with diverse patient populations and collaborate with various staff levels
