Reimbursement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims data and perform financial analyses to provide recommendations on reimbursement models
• Review and participate in the development of fee schedules, making pricing recommendations for services
• Respond to ad hoc requests related to auditing contracts and researching reimbursement methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HealthCare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 3 years of experience in financial analysis/modeling in health insurance or healthcare
• Understanding of national or local reimbursement mechanisms and methodologies preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
