Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst Reimbursement II.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze revenue cycle data from various sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators
• Collaborate with teams to provide data-driven recommendations and support special projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
• Familiarity with healthcare billing, coding, and payer processes is a plus
