Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Analyst- Audit and Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Support third-party cost reports and audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Compile and analyze data for audits, providing updates on status and financial impact
• Conduct research and prepare documentation for reimbursement processes and audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HFMA Certified Hospital Cost Report Specialist (CHCRS)
• Two or more years of experience in Medicare Cost report submission and audits
• Experience with hospital electronic health record systems and cost reporting applications
• Advanced computer and spreadsheet skills, particularly in Excel
• Three years of experience in healthcare accounting, finance, or reimbursement preferred
