Reimbursement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Analyst to support Revenue Cycle teams with analytical and financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze data to identify trends and monitor billing scenarios
• Prepare and present quality reports and analyses to assist management
• Collaborate with the Managed Care team regarding payor performance and statistics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Statistics, or related field
• Prior healthcare billing, professional coding, or patient accounting experience
• Experience with EPIC professional billing is preferred
• Proficient in data analytic software, including Microsoft products and QLIK Sense
• Understanding of managed care policies, procedures, and payment methodologies
