Reimbursement Analyst

Job Summary

To support the reimbursement department, the full-time remote Reimbursement Analyst will complete annual cost reports, coordinate third-party audits, and analyze contractual allowances while ensuring compliance with regulatory changes.

Key responsibilities

• Completes annual cost reports and coordinates third-party audits to resolve outstanding issues
• Analyzes contractual allowances and variances to budget for assigned facilities
• Consults with management on regulatory changes impacting reimbursement processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in finance, accounting, or analytics
• Preferred experience in healthcare finance operations or reimbursement
