Reimbursement Analyst II

Job Summary

Offering a hybrid work schedule, the full-time Reimbursement Analyst II will analyze multi-payer reimbursement data, validate payments against contracts, and manage denials to optimize cash flow while collaborating with various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze multi-payer reimbursement data to identify variances and revenue risks
• Validate payments against payer contracts and investigate complex payer issues
• Develop reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making and monitor KPIs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle environment, or an Associate degree with 7 years of experience, or a HS diploma/GED with 9 years of experience
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle, or financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data analytics and process improvement initiatives
