Reimbursement Business Analyst

Job Summary

Providing analytical and project management support, the full-time Reimbursement Business Analyst will work remotely to assist the Reimbursement & Chargemaster Departments with financial analysis, compliance tracking, and reimbursement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting tools while monitoring key reimbursement metrics
• Assist with audit preparation, regulatory documentation, and budgeting analysis
• Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement across departments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a Revenue Cycle related field
• 3-5 years of job-related experience
• Experience in Medicaid supplemental and state directed payment programs
• Proven ability to support cross-functional coordination and compliance tracking
• Familiarity with reimbursement optimization and financial analysis
