Reimbursement Business Analyst

Job Summary

Providing analytical and project management support, the full-time remote Reimbursement Business Analyst will assist with Medicaid supplemental programs, cost reporting, and reimbursement initiatives while developing reporting tools and monitoring key metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Support Medicaid supplemental and state directed payment programs through financial analysis and compliance tracking
• Develop and maintain reporting tools while monitoring key reimbursement metrics and assisting with audit preparation
• Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement, serving as a liaison between various departments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of job-related experience
• Experience in reimbursement, managed care, or revenue cycle management
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
