Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a single point of contact for providers and patients, serving as a patient advocate
  • Coordinate access to therapies, manage case load, and conduct patient enrollment activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintain frequent phone contact, and report Adverse Events

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, or healthcare setting preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, medical benefits, and HIPAA regulations
  • Global understanding of commercial and government payers preferred
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member
