Reimbursement Cash Control Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Cash Control Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile unposted and posted cash using cash management tools and Epic, including variance reporting and G/L reconciliation
• Analyze payment variances and trends to resolve errors and improve billing processes
• Serve as a liaison with internal teams and external vendors to mitigate revenue leakage and enhance reimbursement processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Three (3) years of experience in revenue cycle insurance follow-up or denial management required
• Associate's degree preferred
• Three (3) years of work experience in a complex invoice/billing/reconciliation environment preferred
• Extensive knowledge of managed care contract interpretation
