Reimbursement Collector

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Collector - Infusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect third-party payor accounts for assigned payers
• Contact patients regarding account issues and ensure proper follow-up on reimbursement processes
• Assist with claims issues and work collaboratively with other departments for timely collections

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in electronic claims submission and medical collections preferred
• Working knowledge of insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid preferred
• Industry experience in billing/collections for DME, home infusion, and/or enteral preferred
• Accounts receivable and accounting experience preferred
