Reimbursement Contract Manager

Job Summary

To support the Specialty Infusion Pharmacy, the full-time Reimbursement Contract Manager will manage commercial contracting and government programs, conduct payor contract research, and maintain resource documents while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review payor contracts for intake and reimbursement terms and fee provisions
• Provide analyses of contract terms to senior management and educate teams on reimbursement trends
• Manage and maintain all Intake and Reimbursement contract resource documents and address trending issues with Provider Relations personnel

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in reimbursement/account management
• Significant specialty pharmacy or home infusion experience required
• Proficiency in Medicare, Medicaid, or Managed Care reimbursement issues
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and team-building skills are essential
