Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Reimbursements for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate strategic reimbursement initiatives, including analysis of legislation and reimbursement impacts
• Oversee complex strategic initiatives related to cost optimization and reimbursement methodologies for Medicare and Medicaid
• Communicate findings and results effectively to stakeholders throughout the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in the reimbursement field with expert knowledge of current rules and regulations
• 4 years of leadership experience, preferably with supervisory roles
