Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Manager to lead reimbursement strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of reimbursement strategies and programs
• Monitor changes in reimbursement regulations, trends, and technologies
• Analyze reimbursement data to identify areas of improvement and facilitate issue resolution between payers and providers

Required Qualifications

• Five to eight years of experience managing an Accounts Receivable department or healthcare reimbursement operation
• Multi-site managerial experience in a healthcare services company is strongly preferred
• Experience with governmental and commercial payers and revenue cycles is required
• Managerial experience at a complex respiratory company is a major advantage
• Must possess a valid driver's license and automobile insurance in good standing
