Job Summary

To optimize reimbursement processes, the full-time Reimbursement Manager will develop and implement strategies, monitor regulatory changes, and facilitate relationships with payers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of reimbursement strategies and programs
  • Analyze reimbursement data to identify areas for improvement and monitor budgets and goals
  • Facilitate resolution of reimbursement issues between payers and providers and collaborate with other departments for timely reimbursement
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience managing an Accounts Receivable department or healthcare reimbursement operation
  • Multi-site managerial experience in a healthcare services company is strongly preferred
  • Experience with governmental and commercial payers and revenue cycles is required
  • Managerial experience at a complex respiratory company is a major advantage
  • Strong PC skills, particularly with the MS Office suite, and willingness to become proficient in the Brightree system
