Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

Owning reimbursement performance in a remote full-time capacity, the Reimbursement Manager will manage the collections process, identify and resolve billing issues, and oversee end-to-end billing operations while driving timely and accurate claim resolution.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the collections process for payer balances, setting targets for days sales outstanding (DSO) and aged AR
• Identify root causes of denials and underpayments, implementing process improvements to reduce recurring issues
• Oversee end-to-end billing operations, including charge capture, claims submission, and denial management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of collections, billing, and/or cash posting experience in the specialty infusion or oncology healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of payer requirements, claims processes, and denial management
• Experience with billing/EHR systems and clearinghouses along with strong analytical skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
