Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

To manage reimbursement activities across multiple infusion and specialty pharmacy business units, the full-time remote Reimbursement Manager will oversee referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections while fostering a customer service-oriented environment and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage multiple teams in processing patient referrals, insurance investigations, prior authorizations, billing, and collections
• Monitor payroll accuracy and resource allocations to meet KPIs, conducting ongoing needs assessments for staffing opportunities
• Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions with Supervisors to enhance team effectiveness and address performance issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required
• At least 5 years of management experience
