Reimbursement Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Sr Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently prepares or reviews financial accounting, cost reports, and surveys for assigned facilities
• Performs reimbursement processes and prepares monthly Medicare and Medicaid settlement calculations
• Acts as a mentor and coordinates training for staff involved in reimbursement functions

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis
• Proficient in computer skills including spreadsheets and databases
• Experience with third-party financial accounting and contractual allowances
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• Two years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or governmental reporting preferred
