Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound phone support as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and providers
• Facilitate patient journeys by coordinating resources and ensuring appropriate delivery of services
• Conduct insurance benefit investigations and maintain records in accordance with applicable standards

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and healthcare billing
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Empathetic listening skills to effectively interact with patients and providers
• Proficient with Microsoft products
