Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze patient benefits in coordination with internal operations and insurance providers
• Independently manage inquiries, resolve coverage challenges, and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate frequently with payers and collaborate with stakeholders to support patient access to therapy

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or insurance roles in a healthcare setting
• Experience using an outbound calling platform
• Ability to manage a case load and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft programs and capable of navigating multiple systems
