Reimbursement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Specialist to process reimbursement requests for Enterprise members.

Key Responsibilities

• Review third-party and medical expenses for reimbursement eligibility
• Refine reimbursement processes to enhance efficiency and meet service level agreements
• Act as a subject matter expert on Enterprise benefits and manage reimbursement inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare or health plan billing experience
• Experience with donor and/or surrogacy claims processing is a plus
• Familiarity with employer benefits is advantageous
• Experience in insurance verification of benefits and medical terminology
• A passion for women's health and fertility is a plus
