Key Responsibilities

Process insurance claims timely and accurately
Review patient documentation and submit healthcare claims to insurance companies
Communicate with patients regarding the status of claims and collection of outstanding invoices

Required Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of experience in medical billing or equivalent experience
Experience in a HIPAA controlled environment is required
Understanding of medical billing and insurance claim processing
Experience with MS Office suite and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
