Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Specialist responsible for managing claims follow-up and collections to optimize reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up and collections on submitted claims to clients, payers, and patients
• Research denials and rejections, settle payer issues, and document account activity
• Identify and report collection trends and issues affecting claims processing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of collections experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience with out-of-network appeals is a plus
• Proficiency in the XIFIN billing system is preferred
• Ability to organize systematic paper and electronic files
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment is desired
