Reimbursement Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a Specialty Infusion Pharmacy, the full-time Reimbursement Specialist will manage billing and collection activities for home infusion therapy services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate medical and pharmacy claims to various payers
• Monitor billing requirements and address payer rejections and claim denials
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Required qualifications

• Specialty Infusion Pharmacy experience required
• Knowledge of home infusion therapy billing practices required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with HCPC coding and medical terminology
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook required
