Job Summary

To ensure the accuracy and timeliness of Medicare cost report acceptance and settlements, the full-time Reimbursement Specialist will manage cost report correspondence, analyze documentation for submission criteria, and update relevant systems while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cost report correspondence, including mail, submissions, and settlement documentation
• Analyze cost report documentation to determine acceptability for submission
• Respond to provider inquiries regarding payments, cost reports, and reimbursement-related topics

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or healthcare
• Strong data entry accuracy
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
