Reimbursement Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing clinician-led organization, the Reimbursement Specialist will ensure accurate and timely billing and reimbursement processes for patients accessing infusion therapies, working remotely or onsite in Overland Park, KS, during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to primary and secondary payers
• Review, correct, and resubmit rejected or denied claims promptly
• Verify insurance eligibility and maintain complete patient billing files

Required qualifications

• At least two years of medical insurance or reimbursement experience
• Experience with billing systems and payer portals
• Strong customer service mindset and professionalism in resolving payer issues
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Comfort using Microsoft Office tools
