Job Summary

Managing Medicare cost report acceptance and settlements, the part-time hourly Reimbursement Specialist I will ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing documentation while collaborating with various departments to resolve provider inquiries and maintain system updates remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cost report correspondence, including submissions and settlement documentation
• Analyze cost report documentation to verify acceptability for submission
• Update and maintain system accuracy in FISS and STAR based on regulatory changes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or healthcare
• Strong data entry accuracy
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
