Reimbursement Specialist Compliance

Job Summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a Reimbursement Specialist for Contract Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate payment variances in Epic WQs against payer contracts and disposition variances based on protocols
• Identify trends through data analysis to resolve errors in billing and manage care contracting efforts
• Serve as a liaison to internal and external teams to mitigate revenue leakage and denials

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience in revenue cycle insurance follow up or denial management
• Extensive knowledge of managed care contract interpretation
• Associate's Degree preferred
• 3 years of work experience in a complex billing/reconciliation environment preferred
