Reinforcement Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member of Engineering focused on Reinforcement Learning Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep up with the latest research in LLMs, RL, and code generation
• Develop methods for tuning training and inference for high throughput
• Design and optimize robust RL pipelines and data control systems

Required Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs and model post-training workflows
• Understanding of Reinforcement Learning and its main bottlenecks
• Solid software engineering fundamentals, including testing and debugging
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or JAX)
• Experience designing and maintaining distributed RL training systems
