Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member of Engineering focused on Reinforcement Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and experiment to enhance reasoning and code generation for Large Language Models (LLMs), managing the full experiment lifecycle
• Stay updated with the latest research in LLMs, reinforcement learning, and code generation
• Design, analyze, and iterate on training, fine-tuning, and data generation experiments

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Transformers and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong fundamentals in deep learning and machine learning
• Experience in training and fine-tuning LLMs from scratch
• Familiarity with distributed training and modern programming tools
• Proficiency in Python with PyTorch or Jax
